Batch melting and glass melting furnaces are heated by burning natural gas in gas burning equipment.
The system is controlled by advanced and reliable DCS or PLC, and the fuel combustion air ratio mixture is optimized according to JEFFER's experience.
All delivered combustion system utility stations shall be pre assembled, tested and commissioned in JEFFER factory to reduce side installation time and minimize mis assembly.

The combustion air is preheated in the regeneration tower before mixing with natural gas.
