Pattern Glass Production Line

Figured glass is also called pattern glass, that is formed by the pressing roller process of imprinting with a custom pattern. Figured glass has the characteristics of light transmission and opacity, which can soften the light, and has a shielding effect and a certain decorative effect. Therefore, the figured glass is mainly used in building indoor partitions, bathroom doors and windows, as well as various occasions where the line of sight needs to be blocked.

Pattern glass type

Pattern glass divide into four series of ordinary white pattern glass, ultra-white pattern glass, intermediate wire glass and borosilicate glass.

(一)Ordinary pattern glass, ultra-white pattern glass

1.Product feature

The design of floral pattern is plentiful. The decorating pattern has the strong stereoscopic feel. Rich floral patterns can meet various needs for decoration.

Product can be processed through cutting, grinding, drilling, tempering, interlayer and screen printing.

• Solar thermal and optoelectronic fields (ultra-white pattern)
• High grade decoration, picture frame, household electrical appliances, curtain, furniture, lighting fixtures. (Ordinary pattern glass)

(二)Intermediate wire glass

Wire glass is a reinforced concrete type of safe, decorative flat glass made by special mesh laying device embeds the metal wire mesh into inner glass in the process of glass forming.

Low expansion rate, high temperature resistance, high strength, high hardness, high transmittance, thermal shock resistance and high chemical stability.

2.Product usage

Widely applied to household electrical appliance glass, fireplace glass, lighting, fireproof, fireproof fusion decoration, solar power generation, precision instrument, environment project, chemical project, semiconductor technology, security defense. For example, borosilicate household electrical appliance glass, borosilicate fire-proof glass and borosilicate decorative fireproof glass.
